The eligibility requirements to join the Pakistan Army after graduation differ from those of the PMA Long Course. A candidate must be between 20 and 25 years old and possess a bachelor’s degree to enroll in a graduate course.
Typically, graduate course registration begins in December and June, and exams for winter and summer entries are held in January and July. Applicants who earned a minimum of 50% in their intermediate degree and 60% in their bachelor’s degree are eligible for the Graduate Course.

Registration and Selection Procedure to Join Pak Army After Graduation
To enter the Pakistan Army following graduation. You must first register yourself. There are two registration options:
Online Registration
This is the most efficient registration method. You can simply register from any location. The link for online registration is provided below.
Army Selection Center
The second option is to visit the Army Selection and Recruitment Center in your area. Applicants must submit the original document as well as reproductions with their application.
Written Test
AS&RC will administer an intelligence/academic test consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Medical Test
Initial medical examinations will also be administered at the Army Selection and Recruitment Center.
Physical Test
Candidates must pass the following physical examination within the allotted time:
- 1.6 km run in 8 minutes
- 15 repetitions of Push-Ups in 2 minutes
- 20 repetitions Sit-Ups in 2 minutes
- 3 repetitions Chin-Ups in 2 minutes
- Ditch Crossing 7’4” x 7’4” with 4’ depth
Interview
The interview is the final phase of the preliminary selection procedure used to identify the most qualified candidates for national service. Candidates will be notified of the interview via the organization’s website and will receive invitation letters at the provided address.
Further Selection of Technical Graduate Course
- The ISSB-recommended candidates will undergo a comprehensive medical examination at the nearest CMH.
- Officers at General Headquarters (GHQ) will conduct the final selection of candidates based on their overall performance.
- You will receive one year of training at PMA Kakul.
- Bond: Candidates selected for further consideration must sign a seven-year service bond.
- The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of approximately 31,000 rupees.
